Hi-Tea with Mary Charity Home & Lion Dance Performances


Vivatel Kuala Lumpur celebrate Chinese New Year with 60 children, youth and senior citizens from Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak Yatim KL, Setapak formerly known as Sanctuary Care Centre. The charity collaborated with APES Travel which brought joy and smiles to the children and the senior citizens. They were all presented with cash contribution from the hotel Managing Director Mr. Adrian Teow accompanied by department heads. There is also personal contribution from Mdm.Lily, the hotel executive asst. manager, APES Travel owner Dato' Sri Ng Pin Siao and Datin Sri Boo Han Sin . The children were treated to a Chinese New Year hi-tea at Retro Cafe where they were entertained by a clown and magician. They also had Yee Sang, where people around the dining table tossed the ingredients high in the air with joyful exclamations of “Loh Hei” (toss high).
